Estate agency web design

Your website is the branch that never closes.

Buyers and tenants search late in the evening. Vendors and landlords compare agents long before they pick up the phone. Your website is often the first place they meet your agency, so it needs to feel as considered as the service you give in person.

We design bespoke, mobile-first websites for independent estate agents and multi-branch agencies across Essex and the wider UK, with property search, listing pages and clear routes to a valuation, a viewing or a registration.

Property feeds

Listings managed in one place.

Most agencies already manage their properties in a CRM. Where your CRM or software provider provides a property feed or API, we connect your website to it, so listings come from the system your team already uses rather than being entered twice.

We have built around Dezrez (Rezi) and Loop feeds. Every provider is different: which systems can connect, what information comes through and how often it refreshes depend on the provider and your account. We check those details with you before we quote, and never promise a connection we have not confirmed.

Schematic. Your CRM sends listings to the website through its property feed or API; no real listings or data are shown.

Search, conversion and speed

Easy to find. Easy to use.

How it works

From first brief to first instruction.

  1. Discover

We learn how your agency works: your branches, your areas, your software and the enquiries that matter most.

  2. Design

A bespoke design shaped around your brand, from search and listing pages to valuation and viewing journeys.

  3. Integrate

Where your provider supports it, we connect your property feed and test listings, search and enquiries end to end.

  4. Launch and support

We launch carefully and can look after hosting, maintenance and search once your website is live.

After launch

Looked after, long after launch.

Listings change every day, and your website should keep pace. The studio can host and maintain your agency website, keep it secure and up to date, and help it grow in search and paid advertising.

Questions

Estate agent websites, answered.

Can you connect our website to our CRM or property software?

Often, yes. Where your CRM or software provider provides a property feed or API, we can connect your website to it so listings are managed in one place. We have built websites around Dezrez (Rezi) and Loop feeds. Which systems can connect, what information comes through and how often it updates depend on the provider and your account, so we check this before we quote.

Will our listings update on the website automatically?

When your website is connected to a property feed, new and changed listings come from the feed rather than being entered twice. How quickly changes appear depends on the feed and how it is set up, and we will explain that for your provider before work begins.

Do you only work with estate agents in Essex?

No. Our studio is in Chelmsford and many of the agencies we work with are in Essex, but we also work with agents elsewhere in the UK, including Tiffen Estate Agents in Carlisle, Cumbria.

Can you design a website for a multi-branch agency?

Yes. We plan the structure around your branches and the areas they cover, with pages and contact routes for each office, so visitors reach the right team quickly.

How much does an estate agent website cost?

Every agency website is individually quoted. The cost depends on the pages and features you need and on the property feed integration involved, and is set out clearly in your quote.

What happens after our website launches?

We can host and maintain your website, keep it updated and secure, and help you build your visibility in search. You choose the ongoing support that suits your agency.
