The project

Independent board advice, set out with clarity and confidence.

Boardroom Dialogue is an independent boardroom consultancy led by Sean O’Hare, who has spent more than two decades advising boards and senior leadership teams.

We designed and built the Boardroom Dialogue website around its three services: board reviews, board succession and board coaching. Each has a page explaining the approach in depth, and the homepage introduces all three before turning to Sean’s experience.

Testimonials from Chairs have a page of their own, and the Insights section publishes Sean’s articles on governance, succession and board evaluation, alongside downloadable papers.

Key features

  • Three services. Board Reviews, Board Succession and Board Coaching, each introduced on the homepage with key points and a page of its own.
  • Logo band. A continuously scrolling band of organisation logos on the homepage.
  • Testimonials. A dedicated page of comments from Chairs and directors.
  • Insights. Articles and downloadable papers on board effectiveness, succession and governance.
  • Confidential enquiries. A contact form that asks which service an enquiry concerns, with phone and email buttons in the header.

Design approach

The blue and green of the speech-bubble logo shape the whole site, alternating as broad, rounded panels down the page.

Plus Jakarta Sans, set large and light, gives the headings an assured, unhurried voice suited to a board-level audience.

Photography of meeting rooms and boardroom tables keeps the focus on the conversations the consultancy is built around.
